Responsibilities and Duties: • Ensuring that corporate, office and individual targets are achieved • Maintaining accurate daily and weekly figures, as required by the business manager • Researching local activities to identify potential business opportunities and establish their value to the company • Monitoring competition activities in the area • Maintaining regular contact with existing and prospective clients, supported by appropriate sales and marketing activities • Promoting ("spec out") suitable permanent candidates to existing and potential clients within agreed corporate guidelines • Developing new business and ensure the growth of business with existing clients • Generating job leads from candidate database through regular contact • Networking with the local marketplace (candidates, clients and people of influence) to find new commercial opportunities. This will include attending seminars/business events etc • Arranging new business presentation visits with prospective and new clients selling Manpower Professional and the Brook Street Group within corporate guidelines • Maintaining profitability through the implementation of competitive fee structures that reflect the quality of the service • Conducting interviews with candidates for placement of temporary or permanent staff • Arranging new business presentation visits with prospective and new clients • Registering core candidates within corporate and legal requirements. Experience, Skills and Qualifications required: • Degree level qualification, relevant to HR or Public Sector role • Previous public sector employment experience • Health sector interest and experience • Recruitment industry experience of two angled sales approach which separates recruitment from standard sales positions • Proven track record of face to face client interviews • Ability to sell a job role to a candidate and a candidate to a client • Proven ability to secure the trust and confidence of senior client and candidate contact in the recruitment process • Excellent organisational skills.
